i have a custom neon turbo and when i get on it like floor the gas the needles on the guage cluster go crazy...like start jumping up n down...anyone??lil help..

 

What year neon? The Gen 1 Neons were renowned for having poor boards in the instrument cluster. Another guess would be that maybe the gas pedal/linkage is interferring with the cluster wiring under the dash.
