This neon was running for the past two years with-out A/C , the past owner did cancel the the a/c compressor , the belt was running only to the power steering pump.
When I check the compressor I find , that the pully was all bad + the clutch way hard to spin , so I decide to replace the compressor, I went to a local yunk-yard and got a replacement, I put it back together and add some freon to the system (at that moment I only had about 20oz).
Ok , testing of the A/C...... I found that , the rpm went up , waiting for a few minutes , the clutch did not work.
What went wrong.?
I need some help , any sugestions .... Thank You.
