ok well i got my car back from the shop wednsday and this morning i pulled out of the driveway to go to school.. i backed out and put it in drive.. then it happened... transmission slippage... thats right, when i put it in drive it acted as if it was in neutral after about 20 sec of reving the engine it kicked in and i had no more trouble... that is until after school when i went to go home IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!! i have a feeling its the pump seal... any ideas??

Check to make sure the trans is full of fluid, if the level is low, your trans will not engage properly!


Check it at idle w/ the engine running, after it has warmed up.

i checked the tranny fluid and it was low... so im assuming thast the prob.. but i have to go to work b4 i cna change it cause we are out of fluid and... yea dont really have time to pick some up =(
