so today i left my lights on by accident and killed the battery(accident) in my 96?? neon and when the battery died i found out that my car had an alarm installed wich i did not know about because the previous owner (my grandma) had lost all the clickers for it. so my alarm goes off now every time i open the door but i thought no big deal ill get a jump buy a new battery and it wont be a problem so i got someone to jump my car but the problem is now because the alarm has been set off and i have no way to deactivate it even though there is power now in the battery the car wont even turn over because hte alarm has disabled it. so i have no clue what to do can anyone suggest anything?

 

This shouldn't be too hard.

Pop the front of the dash, 2 screws at the bottom and one on the side.

Remove the metal plate under the dash, 2 more screws.

Look at the wires coming down from the ignition switch, there should be a
thick yellow wire that is cut. Each end of that wire goes to the alarm,
connect the 2 ends of the yellow back together.

Find the control box fo rthe alarm and unplug it.

You should be good to go.
