I am looking to replace the motor in a 2000 Neon ES. It has the 2.0L. There are several motors on Ebay that say will fit, just trying to be sure to get the right one. I am new here and have been trying to search for this answer but unable to find it.

When they say they can fit, what do they mean? Alot of engines will "fit" in the engine bay, but not all will work.

Your easiest bet, is to get a 95-01 Dodge Neon SOHC engine.
