Default Radiator Question

I was telling my roommate (who I joke around with and call "my mechanic") what was said on here in the one thread about being able to remove the driver's side radiator fan and plug into the passenger's side and run with only one fan. Well, he's always getting crazy ideas into his head, and said "Or, you could wire them together so that both fans turn on at the same time and cool your engine down alot faster." Is that a possible thing to do?

Default RE: Radiator Question

Mine only came with one fan, all I've ever needed... The 2nd fan is for atx cars or mtx cars with factory a/c, with a few exceptions - like mine...

Not a crazy idea at all though. A friend of mine up in Mass rigged his second fan to a switch so he could run it manually at the track to cool down a little faster.

Best of luck!
