I was just looking at the Dropzone coilovers on howells web site and was wondering if there is anything special you have to do to use them (other than grinding off the old spring mount)

There only 224 and supposably lower the car from [sm=drooldude.gif] 1-3' (tho I bet i stay around 1.5-2' for everything but show's [sm=bling.gif]

Any imput would be great



p.s. I know that when its lowered 3' its going to handle like crap and almost sit on the bumpstops

 

i dont know, coilovers for that cheap, i would think your gonna have a crapy ride anywhere between 1.5 - 3 inches. id go for quality...

 

Are you talking about just the springs, not the sets? I'd spend the extra cash and at least get the base model DZ complete set. Only ride height adjustable, but that's all you're going for anyways, and you can always use crash bolts or slot the botl holes if you need to correct camber. Just my twopence...
