So for some reason changing the 03 neon's fog lamps are harder than i thought. Can someone help me do a walkthrough on this? i already downloaded the pdf manual for 03 neon..but still no luck for me. can any1 help?

 

On my wife's 02 I removed the plastic shroud under the front of the car between the front fascia and the radiator support, 5 or 6 screws and some barbed panel fasteners. It was still a pain to get to them as i have large hands and they are really tucked up in a tight spot. It is possible though, difficult but possible. Just remember they turn 1/4 turn to the left to remove and 1/4 turn to the right to secure them back in place. Good luck!
