so i installed a cold air intake on my 2005 dodge neon sxt and when i first installed it my cam shaft position sensor went out and i had to replace it. now with a new sensor it hesitates right away when accelerating but then accelerates just fine. im just wondering if anyone would know what this might be.

 

Might be a short caused by the CAI system affecting the CSPS?

I assume it wasn't doing this before the CAI?

Have you tried removing the CAI to see if it fixes itself? I know it's a huge PITA, but should help narrow the search.
