I have a custom header and borla exhaust with glasspack and has a nice sound to it with a ebay intake with a red custom filter.

 

is the glasspack like a muffler replacment or a resonator? The manaflow ex i got was a cat back and after the cat ther WAS a resonator but i cut that off. I was told it just muffeld the sound so it had to go, but im about to git a hiflow cat next just dont know what kind or if it will put out more HP and sound.

 

Well its kind of like a resantor I guess it tames the sound down on my borla and when I had a stock srt exhaust on.

 

So a glasspack takes away from your exhaust sound a little bit?

 

Man i dont Know what im going to do. Do you know about a MSD ignition or a good Hiflow cat? i need more power its like a drug!!! LOL, but what have you done to your dodge, and how is the neon handling the HP increase? Just doesnt make it as loud still has a nice tone to it and somewhat screams when on the highway .

 

I have the stock srt 4 exhaust. Where could i buy a glass pack for it? It is on the downpipe correct? Or where?

 

Your local muffler shop thats where I got mine . 31inch one I got in stainless steel.

 

Sweet. Okay serious question. Can someone explain how an oil cooler works, and where its placement would be if i bought one for my sxt? Im not that car smart, but working on it. Any help would be great.
