You have the tools, but not the know how?
To replace the ac compressor, you'll need the ac freon fill and drain tools (recovery system). Then it should be a matter of unbolting the old one and installing the new one (few bolts - just did one on my Durango, so not 100% to the neon but should be semi-close).
