Hey guys i have this problem with my neon. I think its something electrical but not sure. Everytime i turn the key and start the car a fuse light comes on where the odometer is and start flashing and beeps for about 20 seconds and it disappears do you guys now what the problem could be?

I checked all my fuses they are not blown i disconnected the battery to reset everything but still that light comes on, please help me out guys
