Default 2005 Neon SXT- Stalling

I bought a used 2005 Dodge Neon last summer. It stalled when I was at my in-law's house making a 3-point turn (specifically when I was back out). That was last summer about a month after I bought it. Last week, I was backing out of my uncle's driveway and it stalled. Yesterday, I was backing out of my grandparent's driveway when it stalled. The first two times, I was cutting the wheel sharp, and the last time I was backing straight out. All three times, all it took was me getting out of the car (after repeatedly trying to start it) and allowing someone else to get in and start it.
What could be causing the car to stall?

Power steering switch mounted on the rack. ECM reads it to prevent just that.

Go to Autozone, Advance, etc. and see if there are any OBD-II error codes stored in your PCM. They will do it free.

You may need to replace some intermittent components - such as O2 sensor depending on how many miles are on the car.

I brought it to Tuffy and they had it hooked up to something from 10am to 4pm. They could not get it to fail. They said that when it happens again, I should bring it back and they won't charge me for another diag. What could be causing this lack of codes and inability to fail when hooked up to the machine thing?
