Ok so I ebay'd me a cheapo muffler and have a problem. had the same issue with the other neon i owned. I need to cut a tiny piece of the bumper off to make room for the muffler and no body shop wants to take the chance of f'ing up my paint. I know ONE person that will do it,l but he will charge me $30 for it, which is a total rip-off. Any other idea? what tool would work best? And one other unrelated question; If i choose to black out my tails with nightshade as opposed to the films, is it removable at all? Reason I ask, is because if i get a ticket, and have to remove them, i dont want to be stuck buying new tails

 

Not sure about either one. that sucks you have to cut part of your bumper off. But i do want to know if you can remove the tint off your taillights too.
