Okay, here's what's going on with my 03' Neon SE. When I'm in park, I push the gas, it raps over and over no steady reving . When I'm on the road I push the gas to the floor, it gets really slugish, loss of power, loss of speed. It's hesitant to go, but finally goes sometimes. Also, rough down shift from 3rd to 2nd. Just did a trans filter and fluid change (ATF+4) and changed the input/output speed sensors. Maybe the trans shift selenoid? But still doesn't expiain the rapping in park? Please Help!!!
