I was driving down the interstate and it died going down the road. I got it back to the house thought it might be the battery and went ahead and bought a new one and nothing. I bought a code reader to see what it might be and got 0 codes??? It will try to turn over but wont so I dont think its the starter. also when I do try to start it there is no gas fumes from the exshaust...any suggestions would help out alot thanks.

 

I had the same experience with my 1998 Neon too.....My case was a bizarre, because the timing belt went wrong and the valves in my engine was bent(cost a lot to fix)....I think you should probably replace the timing belt and then try to start again, if it works then you're lucky....Good luck to you....Hope you can get your car repaired
