Ok this may sound aliitle backwards. The coolant Reservoir bubbles after i cut the car off, it at no time runs hot past 185. it has a new thermostat in it, and fresh coolant. Both fans do work AC blows cold. Is there a reason why the coolant Reservoir bubbles, but the car has never at anytime run hot? There is no oil in the coolant when it was changed or now. Oil was changed and all looked good. I am really confused.

radior cap is stuck

 

Most likely a bad radiator cap, either the cap itself or the gasket. Mine did this when I first bought it. Half of the gasket was missing.
