Problems with my 1995 Dodge Neon Highline?
Hey everyone! I'm new 
Quick question.
I have a 1995 Dodge Neon Highline. Just started really driving it. When I go up a small hill it won't go past 40mph and when I go up a big hill it won't go past 20MPH. The check engine light was on so I went to advanced auto, they hooked the diagnostics up and it came back that the problem was the idle air control valve. But before this I was told that my torque converter was going to go soon.
So I guess my question is: Which one would be causing this problem of my car losing power uphill?
