noise

Help i have a 2000 neon there is a loud humming noise it starts out low and when you pick up speed it gets louder and when you slow down the noise slows my tires are showing out side wear the rear tires

could be tire related. if those tires wore that way on the rear(never rotated) then perhaps your in need of a rear alignment.

wheel bearings maybe? lift the wheel and spin em
