Default New guy needing some expert advice please?

Ok so I just got a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT 4DR, 2.0L, 4CYL. I would like to know if I can use 91 Octane in this bad boy? It has 143,XXX miles. Also any basics I can start on MODs/upgrading. As well as any common problem I may encounter? I would appreciate any help!

Thank You!

You can use 91, but there is no point. You'll be wasting money, and with NGC, potentially hurt performance and MPG's as crazy as it sounds.

You replaced the timing belt, water pump and tensioner?

No I haven't done any of that, my uncle just bought it for me of a lot and other than that I don't know much about it. I haven't had any issues with how it drives yet. I am sorry but I don't know what NGC is.

I'd make sure those things have been changed. If the belt goes, so does the engine.

NGC is the computer system.
