Dodge Neon 2002 Engine Turns over, doesn't start -- any thoughts?
Having trouble with a 2002 Dodge Neon. Engine turns over, but doesnt start.
Here's a list of what's been done:
Replaced crankshaft sensor.
Replaced camshaft sensor.
Replaced head.
Replaced brain.
Replaced coil.
Fuel pump checks out okay.
Cylinder compression 120 lbs+ per cylinder.
Checked relays.
Checked fuses.
All okay.
Still with all of that done -- turns over, doesn't start.
Getting 2 OBD-II Trouble / Error codes:
#1) Trouble code P1684: The battery has been disconnected within the last 50 starts
#2) Trouble code P1193: EGR Drive Overcurrent
Completely lost on this.
Any thoughts on how to go about fixing this from here? I'm thinking this is only a minor problem.

2gn Neons don't have a EGR system. For Dodge/Chrysler, I get:
P1193- Inlet Air Temp. Circuit High
"P" codes that start with a 1 are manufacturer specific so you have to make sure you get your mfr. code. That code will be different for most every make of car.
It probably wouldn't hurt to check the wiring and resistance of said wiring for the IAT sensor.
