2003 Dodge Neon Battery Cover/heater
Do you need to have that cover on the battery? I took it off cause it was ragged and covered in old batt acid. However my battery light is on because of it. Can I reset my dashboard somehow without an omnitool? Thanks

Being a 2003, you probably have the battery temperature sensor on that thing. You can get rid of the battery blanket, but you have to get that sensor close to the battery...zipties, etc. Stupid system/sensor added by Dodge.
