Radio question
2001 neon es
I have the factory 4 disc changer. I love it and the sound the factory radio puts out, but I need to put my sub in the trunk. Problem is how do I wire in my amp into factory wiring? If I was replacing the radio I would have no problems. I guess my biggest problem is how do I use RCA cables? I can figure out power, ground, and auto on wires.

Goto crutchfield.com, they sell speaker level adapters. They hook up to your speaker wires and have RCAs out the other side, I think they are like $10.
Thanks, got one at wal-mart, works good. I gotta say, of all the stereo's i've installed, this generation neon was by far the easiest. Not sure if it is just from all my experience with chrysler stereo systems or if it is how they design these cars now, but it was a breeze. I've never left a stock stereo in and just added an amp and sub before, but it sure sounds good. Love my factory 4 disc changer.
