Default hey there!

Hi, my name is Kaley and I am the not so happy owner of a 1997 Neon.
Bought it with 74k miles for $3250. My first car was a 2000 Neon and almost immediately after I bought it, I had severe electrical problems.
Now that I own this one, I think that should have been a sign that neons aren't for me.

But I do love my car, when it runs. I've had this car a little over a year, and I have had to change the power steering belt three times, my alternator belt, and spark plugs.

It has always had a rough idle, and it would occasionally shudder with some violence, but it chilled out after a good wiggle. I drove it to the gas station last week, and as I was stopping in the parking lot, the car just died. I tried to get it started again, but it didn't work. Just turned. So I let it rest for a minute or two and it started up. I drove it home and now it wont start again. It's had issues starting, but after it turning 2-3 times, it would start. I also leak oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant. I know, it's a bummer. It is currently sitting in my driveway and will not start. It just keeps turning, but will not start. And now my battery is dead. Heard from a fella that it could be my timing belt, I originally thought it was my fuel pump/fuel filter, but the guy tested it and it was spraying gasoline. So he said it probably wasn't fuel pump/filter related. But he was just some guy my brother knew, not a mechanic or anything.

It only has 98k miles on it, and it gets great gas mileage, I really would like to fix the issues. Anyone had something similar happen, and can tell me what it could possibly be and about how much it would cost?
