i have a 2001 neon and my wipers stopped working... its not the motor because they work when i pull on the washer... is there a separate fusebetween the washer and wiper??? also if it is the switch , how much should that cost to get fixed if i take it somewhere or is it easy to do myself???

 

The switch is very easy to do yourself, all you need is 2 screw driver, flat head and philip. Pop the Steering column cover off (3 philip screw under it, and split it up), you'll see the multi-function switch held on by few more philip screw.

 

I think my switch is held on with torx bits. and the switch was about $60 I think. pretty easy swap.
Edit: never mind. I am thinking about the multifunction switch.
