Lifting my car back to stock
I own a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT that I bought last year used with 106,000 miles. The previous owner did a number of aftermarket modifications, not all of which I actually realized were there. I believe he lowered the car with new springs, but that is causing my dual exhaust to occasionally hit the ground when I hit bumps. So, I was wondering how hard it would be to swap the springs back to higher ones, and if the springs from a 2001 Neon will fit in my car.
You'll need a spring compressor and then an alignment. I'm not sure how it rates difficulty wise; depends on your experience. I personally would rate it as something not too difficult. And yes, those springs will fit.
