i have an 05 neon and just had a carstarter put in.... now im having trouble putting it into reservation mode because its standard... its like it doesnt recognize when the car is in neutral.... do i need to press any buttons on teh remote.... or do i need to doe everything in a certain order......? im really baffled by this i know it was installed right because i work with the guy who installed it... (i work at a futureshop, same as a best buy) and the installer could do it everytime...... im so confused if anyone could give me a detailed explanation of how to do put the car in reservation mode that would be AWESOME!

 

what brand of remote? if it's a compustar did you cut the green wire. the green wire gets cut on automatic trans only
