I am trying to change the coil springs on my 03 Dodge Neon SXT. I got the strut completely off ,compressed the old springs, but i just cant seem to take the bolt off from the top. Any tips?

AKA Center rod nut, i dont know to to remove it.

Clamp down the strut with vice grips,and take the nut off the top, with a good ratchet or breaker bar!!!
