Default 1997 Dodge Neon CV Shaft problems

I am having problems keeping my cv shaft together. I recently broke one and we have installed a new one and within a few miles it brakes again. put in another and samething happend. After the 2nd one broke we looked a little harder and found out the motor mounts are broke so we installed 2 motor mounts and 1 tranny mount. Put in another cv shaft and it broke again. Anyone have any idea's what to check for or any help would be great.

Control arm bushings, struts, or anything else seem bad? Where are you getting the axles? Try a difference resource for axles, some axles are seriously just junk. When i had the srt-4 I could buy axles from the local parts store and they would last maybe a week. Was the car in a front end accident when this began?

Control arm bushing still look good struts seem fine don't see anything visually wrong with either. don't look bent or cracked or broke. The axles I have got have been from 3 different companys. not to my knowledge has it ever been in front end collision. This is also is a neon race car hornet class. so its not on the street. and Seems to brake everytime he comes out of the corner.

What side is it breaking on? Where is it breaking? Is it raced on dirt? Have you tried to find an oem axle at the junk yard?

Where is it breaking? The axle itself? The inboard joint? Outboard joint?

OK well we figured out the problem, The motor had shifted over about an inch and so we pushed it back into place. Everything works good now. It was just pulling the boot off the shaft part that goes into the Transmission. But everything worked out and we got it fixed.

also you gotta watch your wheel bearings to I took a real hard fast turn once and it shifted my wheel bearings about an inch out of the hub and I went thru about 3 axles before I figured it out lol
