My daughter's 2004 Neon sunroof is stuck in the open position. Fuse is OK. What can I do to diagnose this? Popped out the switch and it clicks but motor does not make a sound, except a couple times it engaged and slid about 1 inch, then stopped again. This roof also leaks when it rains, as in all over the passenger seat. Help?
