all right first post here....
i got given a 2000 dodge neon with a rebuilt motor and trans the problem is if i go to drive it (its an automatic) i put it in D but it wont shift up unless you put it into N than back to D than it shifts down. this is my first neon first thought is band adjustmentbut any help would be greatly appreaciated
