Default TURBO NEON NOT STARTING!Thanks for the help!

Ok i did a post a long time ago about my car not starting...Ok i put a new clutch in my car and and a new starter at the same time... when i went to go start the thing it just turns and turns....i come to find out that the crankshaft sensor connector had its wires pulled out so i put a new connector on sensor so it should be good... but it still is not starting...I did a voltage test on the coil and i am not getting any voltage into the coil.....need help i have been workin on this car for like the last two months and im starting to get mad!!! Its my turbo neon and I miss the speed....need help..I have a car show in two weeks and have to drive it there...so i dont care if you are just guessing, just throw any idea at me..thanks for all the help you have all given so far!

***would the small fuel pump fuse cause there not to be any igniton?? Also when i goto start my car it doesnt sound like a normal cranking it sounds like a wining sound! Its kinda weird! Still need help!****

ummm......take an stethoscope to the ECU see if you hear a high pitched ringing while the key is on in the ignition ........if you hear it it isnt your ECU...then my next guess would be to check to see if your timing advanced if it isnt your ignition system...could be a cam problem? Maybe check your fuel system too..... do a compression test, check vaccum lines...and the fuse could be the problem.....
