Today I finally got my Neon started after a few months of being parked and it wont stay running unless I keep giving it gas. The only thing that i can think of is that it could be the Idle Air Control but what else can could it be? Any suggestions?

 

Any MIL codes? Did you pull the plugs to see what they look like? Oil in the spark plug tubes?

Can you post a vid so we can hear the engine?
