I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT. It has about 76k on it. It was running fine until recently and after a bunch of work done about 2 yrs ago. My car jerks intermittently: in neutral, when brakes applied, in drive only once in awhile on the freeway. One mechanic said I needed a major tuneup and another thought I might just need to replace my spark plugs. Also, the check engine light came on about 2 wks ago and is no longer on. Any suggestions?

Also, does the weather have anything to do with it? Thanks in advance.
