I have a 98 neon highline and as most regular neon its slow as hell would i be able to swap my 2.0 for the 3.3 cause i wanna make it faster and make it look nicer im currently plasti dipping it and planning on selling it or keeping not sure if someone can let me know thanks and could you turbo the 3.3 thank
