Student - Neon Problems
I have a 1997 Neon that shuts down after driving for about 20 min ,does not lose power. Must pull over and shut ignition off and it starts right back up, random pattern sometimes takes weeks to happen other times it will occur three times in a row during a single drive, throws no codes. It's been doing this since I purchased it 6 months ago... Other then this issue this Neon runs great..
I've replaced many parts to get it ready for commuting to college: fuel pump & filter, water pump, tune up, muffler, radiator, shift cable, tires, alinement, a/c compessor, timing belt.
Any ideas what this may be?
I would like to get this fixed before school starts next week, been dealing with it for months.. no one can figure it out..!! HELP
