Default Replaced tranny on 2001 Neon, now won't shift

I posted a couple weeks ago. I got the tranny replaced. Test drove it and it worked great, then when I got home I lost 2nd and 3rd gear. So I went to AutoZone and they sold me the Output and Input Speed Sensors. Well it turns out my car doesnt have these sensors, and AutoZone won't take the sensors back because they are "electrical" parts and wont take them back. So I removed one of the sensors on the front of the transmission, and the guy there told me its not a speed sensor. Thats its a Neutral Switch. And the other plug in the front doesnt even look like I can remove it. Can someone please help me. I'm so close to having my little car working again.

I bought a transmission additive that my dad told me he uses when he replaces transmissions because they "stick?" I tried that and no dice. Also before anyone asks, I used ATF +4.

Got another tip, to remove the sensor in the back on the tranny on passenger side where axel is at. It has a bolt on it. But I thought it was a "range sensor" not a speed sensor.

Sorry for long post. Just pissed off that I cant fix my EFFING CAR.

I thought the shift selinoid was what controllable the shifting. Is the tranny leaking anywhere also the capacity of the whole tranny is like 6 quarts. I bet the shift selinoid gasket has Ben compromised. You might not see it on the outside bit on the inside of has a lot of ports on it. Not to mention its really thin. I'm just trying to help. One of those sensors is the vehicles speed sensor. Autozone is stupid. Did you check engine light on? If you have no codes for tranny I'd look at fliud levels and the shift selinoid. I'm just trying to help. I'm not the expert.
