Hello question here about my 2001 neon.. My oil lght has been coming on again.. Last time we replacd the oil pump and oil sensor.. now its coming on again when the car is ideling... soon as i take off the oil light goes off. oil is up on car.. also at idle it will idle lowbut if i turn my steering wheel to one direction it wil snap it out of it for alittle bit. heat is not hot at all we tried running cleaner throughit still not how ugh what could beup with this car?? also for a sohc motor what should motor compression be at for it having 144,000 on it.?

 

If the heater isn't working, it is likely either something is clogged, the heater core is bad or the coolant level is low. Oil light might just be another sensor gone bad. As for the low idle, these cars seem to do that quite often for some unknown reason.
