im looking into a bigger thottle body.... is bigger the better or is there a specific size thats best....

 

You can have a throttle body that is too small or too big. On stock N/A Neon engines, they don't get you anything on the dyno, maybe a HP. There is a small increase in throttle response, but then you have the risk of a CEL on all of the time with a few codes.
