Finally took the 02neon Neon to a mechanic. His findings were that cylinder 3 was running 40at psi and didnt think it was a head gasket because none of the other cylinders compression was effected, and was thinking it was the something with the cylinder head (bent valve, cracked head etc...) I still want to get a second opnion, but also wanted to hear what you guys thought.

 

Do you have all 4 cylinders' compression results? If you already had a thread, you should wake it back up and post this there.
