2005 dodge neon Limp Mode

I have a 2005 dodge neon in limp mode, stuck in first.
I have replaced input and output speed sensors.
Speedo and odometer not working, gas gage wonky.
Only code I am getting is P0731 (incorrect first gear ratio.)
Can someone please help??
