Default intake manifold swap

i have an 03neon sohc, looking to buy an 01 r/t intake manifold, just want to know how hard the install is , i heard i have to wire up the electric motor that opens up the runners? well just taking any suggestions to ease the install, and what kind of hp gains am i gettin here?

More like hooking up an rpm activated switch. Not remarkably difficult. The manifold is a direct fit.

Don't expect massive HP gains. Remember that the exhaust manifold ports are much bigger on the Magnum head, and the cam is more agressive as well. If you get the butterflies to open/shut at the proper points (e.g. dyno testing), you might be able to pick up a good 5 HP though.
