Default water in my muffler

My 95 neon started getting sluggish today...and the engine lite came on. I was told to yank the fuel pump fuse for 30 seconds to clear the lite. I did that and the lite isnt on anymore but I do have a lot of water dripping from my muffler. Is this a sign of a bad head gasket?. and dont dare ask me if I over filled the rad. This just started...otherwise my lil'neon is a blast.
thanks

Condensation in the exhaust system is pretty normal, especially now that the weather is turning a bit colder. If the head gasket was leaking into the exhaust system, you should see white smoke coming from the tailpipe once the car is warmed up, and it should smell like antifreeze.

Next time the CEL comes on, pull the code before resetting it. There's a reason it's called "diagnostics"... Sluggish response could bee dozens of things.

Best of luck!

Yep, water in the exhuast system is normal. It will rust out your exhuast if you do a lot of short drives, if it does not get up to full temperature the codensation will stay in the system and react with the chemicals in the catalytic converter and the exhuast gases and rust it. My grandmother went through a muffler every other year cause she would only drive 1-2 miles most places that she went.

Thanks for the response.....
I realize a bit of vapor is normal...but my problem is worse than that........when my car sits and idles for 5 minutes...there is a large puddle under the muffler.....and the water is dripping quite quickly from the muffler.
In 5 minutes I would venture to say that a cup of water drips from the muffler...and a steady drip from the tail pipe.
This started just today...and it wasnt that cool out.
Thanks...
