Hi so I got a dodge neon 2004 (not a srt4 I do plan on putting the str4 engine inside of it though) and I was wondering how to go about building it? I know nothing about cars so I was wondering what the best power to rate ratio that this car could handle without me having the rebuild the engine after I took it to the track( not a drag strip). Anything helps thanks p.s this car will also be a daily driver so like a said best ratio and max hp that I can still drive it around without having to worry about the engine thanks. P.p.s I'm not buying a new car so don't tell me to put my money else were
