I recently bought my daughter a 2000 Dodge Neon. It does have remote start and unlock features. Shortly after purchase I realized it probably needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilys had the battery tested and it was bad. I replaced it and since I replaced it the car flashes lights like the hazards are on as well as dash lights flashing while the car is running and approximately 60 seconds after the car is shut off. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
