Dodge Neon Performance Speed Chip
Can anyone tell me if these Performance Speed Chip Ive been lokking at on ebay actally do what they say like give you 10 to 20+ hp.
Also if they do what they say are they safe to use.

thread about this earlier. DONT BELIEVE JACK **** YOU FIND ON EBAY UNLESS YOUVE DONE RESEARCH THAT SOMEWHAT SUPPORTS ANY BS SUPPLIED BY A GUY JUST WANTING YOUR MONEY!
The chips dont do anything. If you really want a performance chip, go with an upgraded PCM off of some the sites that sponser dodge forum. People Here know where to pick them up... im still looking for one personally as well.

Mopar makes PCM upgrades for 1st gen cars. AFX (Howell Automotive) makes upgrades for both gens, but I'm not sure about the 2003-up models (NGC computer). If you know where to look, you can usually find a used PCM for $150 or so.
