I have a 98 Neon the wipers became sluggish and eventually stopped. Then they worked again for awhile, but now are stopped mid-windshield. This is the 3rd wiper motor I have had put on this car! I am a 61 year old woman, limited income, who lives on the Oregon Coast which means rain, rain, and, more rain! HELP ME PLEASE?
