right rear wheel locked up

right rear wheel locked up
set the parking brake last night, got in to leave this morning and the right rear wheel would not turn, got it to break free, then while driving down the road starting making a noise like something trying to disengage itself, stopped brake drum super hot, any idea's what it could be
