I have a '04 Dodge Neon SXT automatic and have had some problems I'm trying to figure out.

The neon shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear hard at times. I didn't think much of it but after about 2 weeks it wouldn't shift out of 2nd at all, and the check engine light came on. I ran the codes and ended up replacing the transmission control module. After replacing it I took it for a drive and my speedometer was not working and the car wouldn't shift out of 1st. I then replaced both the in and out speed sensors.

I took it for a drive and same thing....no speedometer and it wouldn't shift out of 1st.

I took it in and had the codes ran and here is what they are. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
