I am having some weird problems with my 2000 manual neon.I just replace a coil pack,I also replaced the spark plugs, and finally I replaced the throttle body hose and the fuel pump. my problem is that the car will turn and turn and turn, but never turn over. I was starting the car with starting fluid because I thought it was a fuel problem,but it wouldn't start every time using starting fluid. so I replaced the fuel pump now I know it is getting feel all the way to the injectors because when I press the nozzle fuel sprays out by the injectors.I have no idea neither do any of my mechanic friends, what the problem is. any help would be greatly appreciated.
